About Me
Sarah Magnon, M.A., CCC-SLP
I am a California State Licensed Speech Language Pathologist who has been working in San Diego County for over 15 years. I hold my Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. I obtained my masters degree from San Diego State University. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings including Rady Children’s Hospital of San Diego, San Diego School District, and San Diego Regional Center-Early Intervention.
I have had extensive experience and advanced training across a variety of disorders affecting communication and feeding in children. I have a natural talent for helping children find their voice and giving parents the tools they need to help build success. Communication is an inherent skill all humans are entitled to and I can’t wait to help you and your children maximize their potential.

What I Do
At Wave Speech Therapy, I like to encompass all the joy that might accompany a day at the beach. And while we will not be at the beach directly, I hope to facilitate an environment in which your child will laugh, play, and explore.
I believe that parents are key in helping provide a language rich environment. I will empower you with the tools you need to create change with your child’s speech and language.
Therapy will be provided primarily through play in natural environmental experiences, which is where children learn the best. Please reach out to me so we can discuss and plan the best treatment for your child.
